Talkeetna
Talkeetna
is Athabascan for "where three rivers come together" and
outdoor activities abound:

The
Talkeetna Chamber website is a good source for businesses which
provide a wide range of visitor services.

Fishing/Hunting
There is a public boat ramp downtown, and Mahay's Riverboat Service

Fishing
charters are available from Fishbone Charters, Just Fly Fish and
Tri-Rivers.
And,
once you've caught fish, Talkeetna Country Smokehouse can process
your fish and send it home for you.
